1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DuoCycler.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2) Eligibility
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3) Accounts & Security
- One account per individual. Multi-accounting, bots, auto-clickers, or VPN/proxy abuse are strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
4) Purchases, Memberships & Billing
- We sell digital items, including advertising credits and membership upgrades.
- We utilize a 50% repurchase requirement on all Matrix Earnings to ensure system sustainability. If your purchase wallet reaches $2.50, the system will automatically trigger a position purchase.
- We do not offer traditional subscriptions. If you choose to close your account, all currently owned positions will be forfeited.
NO REFUNDS — ALL SALES FINAL. Purchases of advertising credits, memberships, and other digital services on DuoCycler.com are non-refundable and non-transferable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension and total forfeiture of balances.
5) Earnings & Audits
- Earnings rates and qualification criteria are subject to change at any time. Earnings are never guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to audit, reverse, or withhold any earnings suspected of resulting from fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
6) Advertiser Requirements
- You are solely responsible for your ad content and compliance with all applicable laws.
- Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to: malware, adult/explicit material, hate speech, illegal products, or scams.
- We reserve the right to reject, remove, or pause advertisements at our sole discretion without refund.
7) Payouts & Balances
- Payout methods, minimums, and processing times may vary and are subject to change.
- We may require identity verification before processing payouts. Accounts under investigation for fraud are ineligible for withdrawal.
8) Intellectual Property
All content and materials on DuoCycler.com are owned by DuoCycler.com or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws.
9) Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DuoCycler.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
